Although this is "me time" I enjoy the company. The miles go by so quickly when I have someone to talk with during the walk.

There is nothing to buy (aside from a great pair of walking shoes) and the exercise can be completed almost anywhere. Save the fitness center membership and the workout machines for the winter.
